I work with athletes of all ages and levels. Whether you're just starting to take your sport seriously, pushing through the pressure of high-stakes competition, returning from injury, or trying to build a career in sport that actually lasts,  I meet you where you are. We work together from there.

​The athletes I work with aren't looking for a pep talk. They're looking for real tools that work in any game, tournament, or competitions.

Mental training isn't a bonus you add when everything else is already perfect. It's a crucial part of your training... full stop.

​The best athletes in the world don't leave their mental game to chance, and neither should you. Mental performance consulting is built around the same rigor you bring to your physical preparation: evidence-based, structured, and specific to you. We draw on sport psychology, cognitive-behavioral approaches, mindfulness, and self-compassion- not because they sound good, but because they work.

 

This is also not therapy. It's performance work- I understand sport, understand pressure, and understand what it actually takes to compete at your best consistently.


When it makes sense, I collaborate with your coaches and support team so everything is aligned. Most importantly, I see you as a whole person, not just an athlete with a performance problem to fix.

 

Your goals, thoughts, your emotions,  your life outside of sport: all of it matters here.
